We took on this kitchen as a bare structure in a different state, and through clear planning, detailed 3D consultation, and intentional ex*****on, it evolved into a fully realized space.
Kitchen designed & executed by TMInteriorsTeam.
This office facelift was designed and executed for a Montessori school led by a renowned educator and financial expert.
The existing space was functional and filled with natural light, but it required stronger visual hierarchy, refined structure, and more intentional storage solutions.
Our approach focused on creating a space that is both highly functional and visually grounded, while maintaining openness and clarity.
During the transformation, we did the following :
- Concealed all electrical wiring for a clean, seamless finish
- Introduced a custom L-shaped under-storage system with integrated lighting and concealed drawers
- Installed warm wooden flooring to ground the space.
- Upgraded the existing work desk to a modern executive piece with enhanced functionality.
- Created a refined focal feature wall
Additional elements such as a dedicated wall board, a curated bookshelf focal point, and a refined feature wall were incorporated to support both daily operations and professional content creation.
The result is a workspace that reflects leadership, organization, and authority: practical, intentional, and thoughtfully designed.

The client had already assembled his architect and structural team and invited us in as the interior design consultant. During the plan review sent to us, we realized that the initial exterior form was beginning to influence, and potentially restrict how the interior spaces could function.
Hence we took it upon ourselves to propose a revised exterior design. Our team worked collaboratively with the client’s team to review the structural plan and configuration.
This insight guided our decision to strategically refine the façade design, improving proportions, modernizing the architectural expression, and unlocking greater interior spatial potential.
This project reinforces the value of early-stage collaboration in construction and design development.
When interior design is integrated from the beginning, the outcome is not only beautiful, it is intentional and functional.
Good design is not solitary. It is collaborative.
In 2019, we designed our client’s residential space with custom furniture pieces, built with intention, precision, and longevity in mind… not knowing they would one day become the foundation of something entirely new.
Fast forward to today, year 2026. That same furniture now carries a different story.
Repurposed into a minimal, fully functional shortlet.
A softer atmosphere. A new purpose.
Over 90% of the furniture you see in this video was produced years ago, and it still holds its structure, its beauty, and its presence. Still relevant and still standing
Here is the real message:
Before you think of discarding your furniture, consider its potential. And even more importantly… before you produce, consider longevity.
Invest in quality. Invest in craftsmanship.
Invest in pieces that can stand the test of time.
Because good design is not seasonal. It is structural.
