You just have to be the best!

A few days ago, a colleague of mine asked why I’m always on my phone.

I told him, “I’m an online entrepreneur. It’s either I’m attending to clients, looking for ways to generate leads, or going through a course to improve my knowledge.”

He was intrigued and said, “Tell me more… What type of business is that? I want to join.”

I told him it’s called Affiliate Marketing, but his reaction caught me off guard:

“It's a lie! Which type of affiliate marketing is that abi na another one wey I never know? Are you making money with it? Affiliate marketing is already saturated na. How you dey do your own?”

He dropped all these questions without giving me a chance to respond.

I just laughed and said, “Calm down, it’s the same Affiliate Marketing we all know. The only difference is in how we do it.”

The truth is that; no business model is not yet saturated. There's competition everywhere, and you’ll always find yourself competing with others, no matter what you do

Not just business alone, Life itself is full of competition. You just have to be the best at what you do to gain the upper hand.

You don’t need to avoid competition; all you have to do is rise above it.

If you can’t be the best at what you do, you’ll always find yourself struggling to keep up.

Being the best is not optional; it’s essential.

Life can take many things from us:

Our possessions, our comforts, even our sense of certainty.

Your voice carries the essence of who you are.

No matter what you face, don’t let anyone dim it.

Don’t let fear, doubt, or the opinions of others silence you.

The world might try to convince you that you’re too loud, too different, or too much—but your voice is your greatest tool for rising above.

Clint Smith spoke in his TED Talk titled "The Dangers of Silence" and said, “Silence is the residue of fear.”

It is often a passive endorsement of the status quo. It is a shield that protects your comfort but leaves your convictions vulnerable.

Silence comes at a cost. It robs us of our agency, our courage, and our ability to stand for what matters.

Losing your voice means losing your ability to fight for your dreams and to remind the world that you exist and that you matter.

Even when you feel like you’ve lost everything, remember this: as long as you have your voice, you have the power to rebuild.

This is what your voice can do:
- Demand justice,
- Create opportunities,
- Inspire others,
- And transform your life.

It can speak new beginnings into existence and tear down walls of limitation.

So don’t let anyone take it away.

Not the doubters, not the critics, and not even your fears.

Guard your voice like your most precious possession, because it is.

It is the key to becoming all you’re meant to be.

Your voice is all the world needs from you.

All you've got is your voice! Please protect and nurture it, and you'll discover it’s the only thing you'll ever need to create any reality you dare to imagine.

Welcome to 2025!

Congratulations, we've made it to the start of a new chapter. For months, many of us have been planning and dreaming about what we'll do in 2025.

Now that January 1st is here, let’s be honest some of us still don’t feel as ready as we hoped.

Maybe you’re thinking, I’ll start tomorrow,” or, “Next week feels more fitting.”

I get it. I’ve been there too—that urge to wait for everything to line up perfectly before taking the first step.

But here’s a truth I’ve learned the hard way:

The perfect moment rarely—if ever—comes.

If you’re waiting to feel fully ready, chances are you’ll miss the opportunity altogether.

Over the years, I’ve let opportunities slip away because I wanted everything to be flawless before I started. But I’ve realized something important:

Action doesn’t need perfection—it just needs a starting point.

The first step might be messy, imperfect, or even awkward, but it creates momentum. And with momentum, you’ll learn, adapt, and improve along the way.

Now, I embrace starting where I am, with what I have, and figuring the rest out as I go.

This is what I want you to do;
Today, take one step—no matter how small—toward that thing you’ve been putting off. Write the first sentence, make the first call, or take that first leap.

It might not look perfect, and that’s okay. The results you want are waiting on the other side of the action.

Go get it, Darling! I’m cheering you on!

Most importantly, don’t let fear hold you back. Take bold actions, no matter how small they may seem, and stay committed to your journey.

This coming year is a blank page, and you hold the pen. Write a story of growth, progress, and success.

Set clear goals, take bold steps, and make this the year you truly take charge of your life. Your future self will thank you for it!
