Every time you feel like you're stressed, worried or disappointed over some people or things in life, don’t run to a friend and unmask all your heart to them because not every good friend is really a good friend. Instead get in a conducive place, get on your kneels, close your eyes, open your heart, speak to God and let it go. Trust me you'll feel relieved when you surrender all your burdens to God. And you won’t be with any worries that your problems will be shared with everyone and they become a laughing stock. God is the only realest friend you can ever have in the good and the bad.

A strong person is not the one who doesn’t cry. It was recorded that Jesus wept... but he was never a Loser but he was a conqueror.
A strong person is one who is quiet and sheds tears for a moment and then picks up the sword and fights again.

THE SILENT ANSWER
When anger comes, the best answer is silence.
Anger feeds on angry words.
Silence supplies none.
Anger is smothered by silenced and sputters out.
Like a blanket of snow, silence covers all faults.
When the sun shines again you will give thanks that all the inflammable words you wanted to say were left unsaid.

Life is too short to spend time with people who suck the happiness out of you.
