On Friday, we built Awareness (the "Why"). But here is the trap: ๐˜๐จ๐ฎ ๐œ๐š๐ง ๐›๐ž ๐Ÿ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฒ "๐€๐ฐ๐š๐ซ๐ž" ๐ญ๐ก๐š๐ญ ๐š ๐œ๐ก๐š๐ง๐ ๐ž ๐ข๐ฌ ๐ง๐ž๐œ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ๐š๐ซ๐ฒ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ก๐š๐ฏ๐ž ๐ณ๐ž๐ซ๐จ "๐ƒ๐ž๐ฌ๐ข๐ซ๐ž" ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐จ ๐ข๐ญ.

Think about it: Your team doesn't care about "increasing Q3 efficiency." They care about:
โœ… "Will I get home on time?"
โœ… "Will this new software stop crashing?"
โœ… "Is my job safe?"

If you only sell the Company Goal, you get compliance. If you sell the Personal Benefit, you get commitment.

Instead of: "We need better data entry for reporting."

Try: "This tool means you won't have to manually update spreadsheets every Friday."
