On Friday, we built Awareness (the "Why"). But here is the trap: ๐๐จ๐ฎ ๐๐๐ง ๐๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฒ "๐๐ฐ๐๐ซ๐" ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ญ ๐ ๐๐ก๐๐ง๐ ๐ ๐ข๐ฌ ๐ง๐๐๐๐ฌ๐ฌ๐๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐ง๐ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ก๐๐ฏ๐ ๐ณ๐๐ซ๐จ "๐๐๐ฌ๐ข๐ซ๐" ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐จ ๐ข๐ญ.
Think about it: Your team doesn't care about "increasing Q3 efficiency." They care about:

"Will this new software stop crashing?"

"Is my job safe?"
If you only sell the Company Goal, you get compliance. If you sell the Personal Benefit, you get commitment.

Try: "This tool means you won't have to manually update spreadsheets every Friday."

We donโt resist the new. We resist the loss of the old, the loss of control, competence, and familiarity.
