Work with internal and external stakeholders and support them to determine procurement needs quality and delivery requirements across a diverse range of procurement categories.

Run tender processes from identifying organizational needs with key stakeholders through to award of contract;

Establish and negotiate contract terms and conditions.

Maintain vendor relationships and manage supplier performance on contracts.

Raise and process requests for quotations and research new suppliers for new goods and services.

Responsible for prospecting, initiating and generating sales, geared towards achieving the pre-set minimum performance targets for both new and existing clients.

Client relationship management - Documentation and transaction processing

Any other assignments as assigned by supervisor.
