Our products are in two forms, there are the residential and the commercial. The residential is in three packages

* Freshland Platinuim

We also accept installs at N 100,000 for 7 months and N 65,000 for 12 months


Freshland Diamond: This is designed to meet the needs of our overwhelming clients/subscribers who would like to stay in Igbesa Axis and enjoy the facilities their counterparts in Victoria Garden City, Banana Estate, Calton Gate Estate, Northern Forshore, Goshen Estate, etc. Facilities such as Solar Power Street Lights, Paved Roads, and Recreation Center with international standard and separate entrance gate etc. Freshland Diamond goes for N2.5m with initial payment of N 500,000 and the rest with in the next 12 months


Freshland Plantium: This package is conceived to face the natural stream like an ocean view. With stand by security personnel, CCTV, electric fencing recreational center with interlocking pave way. Freshland Diamond goes for N3.5m with initial payment of N 500,000 and the rest with in the next 12 months. The Commercial: This aspect will be a parts of the estate designed with purpose of business in mind this would encompass shops, business centers and shopping complexes.
