Obinnia Abajue: Set the tone. The talent that you manage is the photocopy of your deeds.
Godrey Ogbechie: You have to be a coach, create an environment that empowers everyone to deliver their best.
Ima Ofulue: Create a Development plan.
Temitayo Ogunbanjo: Ensure that you develop and harness your employees.
Oladapo Filani: Talent Management is a long term investment, Invest in training and development and the ROI will come in the long term.
