A nationalist leader is a person who spearheads a nationalist movement, advocating for the interests, culture, and sovereignty of a specific nation or group. They promote a strong national identity and seek self-determination for their people, often in the context of gaining or maintaining independence from foreign rule, as seen in the leaders of India's independence movement or Nigeria's path to self-rule.
Key characteristics of a nationalist leader
Advocacy for national interests:
They champion the economic, cultural, and political interests of their nation.
Promotes national identity:
They emphasize a shared national identity and the uniqueness of their nation's culture.
Pursuit of self-determination:
A core aim is to achieve sovereignty and the ability for the nation to govern itself.
In the light of this, can a preacher be a NATIONALIST ??
The man spraying me money is my Dad's former nwa boi. Bros ND
He served my Dad for about 7 years or so before he was settled and he went on to start his business and doing very well for himself.
This was over 27 years ago, I was very little when he started living with us and he witnessed the birth of some of my younger ones.
Three of his kids are undergraduates, that will tell you that it's been a long time ago.
He left my Dad and became an Oga himself but the relationship never died.
At the hospital when my Dad's condition became worse, my mum and brother started making calls to some members of the family to let them know what we were dealing with. Mum also called Bros ND "Your Oga has been in the hospital for some time oo, the matter is getting serious. I don't know again..." My mum lamented on the phone.
He came immediately. My mum said when he came, for a long period of time, he couldn't say anything. Seeing Dad's condition moved him into speechlessness. Sickness sha, I pour you spit.
When he left, he sent mummy some money, to add to what we have. He kept checking in daily.
Daddy passed few days later. Bros ND was on ground. Him and my brother in law helped my brother with making all the arrangements regarding moving the co**se to the morgue and all.
When I got home and told them that I want to see my Dad, he was the one that drove me, my bro and Sis to the morgue. I can never forget that day in my life.
Throughout the whole burial preparations, he was fully present. He will always call to ask me if there is any issue, if there is anything I want him to help with.
He was the one that encouraged me to create a WhatsApp platform and add my Dad's friends and business associates, he also added the ones that he has their phone numbers. And yeah, we raised a good amount of money from there.
He reached out to other Nwa boys of my Dad. Even the one that served my Dad when I was a baby and I didn't know him. The financial support from them went a longggg way to what we did.
I remember that day we went to the morgue to see Dad, he said to him "Boss! I call you Boss because you were a good man and I looked up to you..." I immediately remembered the time I was little and was hearing the people living in our house call my Dad "Boss" and I naturally assumed that was my Dad's real name đ.
Till tomorrow, I will remain grateful to him for the support and most especially for his presence during our grieving time. He didn't have to, after all he is not a family member. I mean, this man is from Abia state and we're from Anambra but he stuck with us more than most family members.
My Mum will always tell his wife whenever she complains about him that he was our best Nwa boi đđ. His wife will always come to report him to my mum because he listens to my mum well.
What he did for us this period has proven to us that this is a life long relationship. I'm hoping to pay forward his kindness to us during our most difficult time, even if not directly to him, his kids.
My father was good to him, he is good to us, we will surely be good to him and kids some day. The cycle continues.
Ihe oma di mma!

Credibility is earned by delivering results over time !
Donât let no one deceive you, people are watching
This is the most secure religious gathering on earth.
Above the Vatican rooftops, there are snipers with kill-switch precision.
On the ground, electromagnetic fences hum quietly beside anti-drone jammers scanning the heavens.
AI-powered cameras scan every face, every movement. The air is thick not just with incense, but with intelligence.
Nothing is left to chance. Nothing is left to fate. And most notably, nothing is left to faithâat least, not the kind we confuse with irresponsibility.
Not even faith is trusted with what vigilance should handle.
The architect of worship here is reinforced by the architecture of war.
The spiritual sanctum is defended like a military command centre.
The prayers may ascend like incense, but the protocols stand like rock. And rightly so. Because God is not offended by wisdomâHe authored it.
Watching the papal inauguration, I saw more than incense and liturgy. I saw the quiet genius of the European mind. A mind that has learned, over centuries, to separate the metaphysical from the mechanical.
They donât ask angels to defuse bombs. They donât plead the blood over faulty wiring. They build systems. They install snipers. They hire Israeli intelligence. They tithe into technology.
Meanwhile, back home, we die in churches while heaven is blamed for what negligence caused.
We bury the faithful after stampedes and terror attacksâand still declare, âGod gives and takes.â
No. God gave us foresight. We chose foolishness. He gave us wisdomâwe refused to use it.
The contrast is criminal:
In Europe, they invest in threat detection.
In Africa, we invest in LED altars and gold-trimmed pulpits.
They hire trained special forces.
We invest on ushers in white gloves with prayer bands and call them âdivine empowered security.â
They tithe into technology.
We tithe into theatrics.
The statistics arenât just soberingâtheyâre damningâ
⢠Over 2,300 Africans have died in religious gatherings over the last decadeâfrom stampedes, attacks, fires, and preventable chaos.
⢠0 deaths in major European religious gatherings during the same period
⢠$150M - Vatican's annual religious security budget

Soveringty belongs to the people.
Vox Populi,Vox dei !
The Courts cannot decide.
There is an over emphasis on the powers of the judiciary.
If the government looses legitimacy, the courts become irrelevant
We must keep this in view
The implication of this is that the people can over turn the decision of the courts
We are not advocating this, merely exercising the limits of thinking capacity âŚ
