It never starts with burnout.
It starts with ambition.
A new role. Fresh energy. The desire to prove something. They say yes to everything. They stay late. They show up fully.
And for a while — it works.
Then quietly, without warning, the spiral begins.
Sunday evenings start feeling like dread. Mornings start feeling like demands. Work starts feeling like survival.
