We are looking for an experienced Freelance Estimator/Tender Consultant to work with Faleye Realty and Construction Company (FRCC) in preparing technical and financial bid documents for ongoing public and private sector construction projects across Nigeria (e.g., TETFUND, SUBEB, Federal and State MDAs).

📌 Requirements:

Proven experience preparing successful tender submissions in Nigeria
Ability to price BOQs and prepare financial bids
Familiar with BPP, TETFUND, SUBEB tendering processes
Good with MS Word, Excel, PDF tools
📎 Preferred:

Background in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Procurement
Ability to work remotely and deliver under tight deadlines
