Last week Saturday, I had the privilege to represent GATE INITIATIVE at YMCA of Lagos for the celebration of International Youth Day 2026. 🌍
It was an inspiring day of learning, meaningful conversations, and connecting with amazing young people.
One message that stayed with me: “Stop building excuses, start building opportunities.”
We were reminded to move from complaining to creating, use our voices responsibly, build solutions, and make our success have substance.
I left reminded that our greatest resource is our people—and as young people, we have a role to play in shaping the future.
Grateful for the connections, conversations, and lessons. 🤝✨
