To access these features, you'll need a ChatGPT Plus subscription. With this subscription, you can generate images and videos using DALL·E 3 and Sora Turbo. Note that Sora Turbo is currently unavailable in the EU, UK, and Switzerland, and has age restrictions ³ ².
