Eniola Adefioye, Founder of the Tributary Initiative for Learning, is a pioneer in promoting equitable access to technical and vocational education and employment in Nigeria.
With more than 20 years of experience in workforce development, she has led transformative programmes that combine skilling, career readiness, and industry-aligned training to prepare individuals for both employment and entrepreneurship. Her expertise in internship models, apprenticeship systems, and collaborative approaches is helping close opportunity gaps and create sustainable livelihoods.
Eniola will bring her deep understanding of Nigeria’s skills ecosystem to guide discussions toward actionable, inclusive solutions.
