Hand Nnamdi Kanu maximum sentence- Prosecution counsel tells judge as court to sentence him by 4.50pm

Prosecuting counsel, Adegboyega Awomolo has asked the Federal High Court Abuja to hand down the maximum sentence as prescribed by law.

He faulted the use of the social media platform to cause chaos.

Awomolo asked the court to impose restrictions on the use of Social media by Mr Kanu pending his ex*****on in compliance with the sentencing.

Awomolo also asked that Kanu be kept in the safest custodial center anywhere in Nigeria pending his ex*****on or sentence.

“I am not too confident about the safety of Kuje correctional center”. he said

The court is scheduled to deliver sentencing by 4.50pm.
