Yesterday, I was privileged to grace the stage at the Women Creative Connect event hosted by the and in Lagos. 🎷🌏

I hit the crowd with Baby Riddim by and all the beautiful ladies started singing along. It was such a beautiful moment🥺❤️

I’m not even a saxophone career coach but here are few things I can share with you from what I’ve experienced so farrr!😉

-Start before you’re ready😳 Confidence comes from doing it and not waiting💪

-Practice when nobody is watching. The stage only reveals what preparation built in private 💯 🔥

-Be consistent, not emotional. Some days you’ll feel inspired, other days you won’t. Show up regardless!❤️‍🩹🎷

-Invest in growth😵👈Learn, unlearn, improve your sound, your brand, your mindset. I’m still improving too😭🫶

This part…..Respect the process. Every small gig, every rehearsal, every “low moment” is shaping you to that dream you’re looking forward to

Most importantly…..Surround yourself with like-minded people. Energy is contagious. Be around those who dream big, work hard and push you to become better. Slide 6&8🫡❤️🔐
