A week ago we were privileged to have members of the Unique Youth Initiative

The college students were trained on leadership and how to stand out as an exceptional individual in the society, thereby shining as light and being a positive example for many.

Thank you Unique Youth Initiative. It was indeed an insightful session.

A field trip to the fish farm, as an integral part of our learning experience.

We've been learning about various branches of agriculture and we decided to take learning outside the four walls of the classroom.

A little practical class with the Year 1 pupils learning about CPR in case of emergencies.

CPR stands for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation.

It’s an emergency lifesaving procedure performed when someone’s heart stops beating or they stop breathing.
The goal is to keep blood and oxygen flowing through the body until professional medical help arrives.

It involves two main steps:

1. Chest compressions – pressing hard and fast in the center of the chest to keep blood circulating.

2. Rescue breaths (optional in some cases) – giving breaths to supply oxygen to the lungs.

In short, CPR helps keep a person alive until their heart and breathing can be restored.
