A complete web page is made up several HTML elements. an element is a composition of html tag and other relevant contents like texts. A HTML tag is a pair of angle brackets with a name in it. a tag is known by its name. Most HTML tags come in pair, the start and the end tag. the end tag has a forward slash(/) before the tag name.
