why working for church, you are choir, usher , prayer intercessors, evangelist, fasting, doing wonders etc as important there are please don't fail to do the most important to as well.
working on your self to be like Christ.
you can be doing all those things mentioned and still struggling with your self, to over unforgiveness , Malice, hatred, lack of self control, Lust, fornication, ma********on, evil practice, stinginess, lies , fear etc .
so please work on your self first to be saved 💝 before trying saving others.
because some problems our seed has is from the foundation of their mentor, leader.
brothers and sisters, i want you to ask yourself this question silently inside your heart, don't say a word, i repeat don't say a word openly, asked yourself this question inwardly inside your mind.
1.WHICH FOUNDATION ARE YOU STANDING TO WIN SOULS FOR CHRIST? (This should tell you why your seed are not stable in Christ, you keep sending them money before them come to church
it's feel like you always drag them before they come
or keep giving them promise before they come.
you influencing them with church welfare ( l.e Food in church)before them come to church .
but upon all these they still fall away.
the seed die after months years.

ma'am/ Sir What foundation are you standing to lead soul to Christ.

is it on a sinful foundation?
or
is it on a righteousness?
are you doing it because you need favour from church?

are you doing it because denomination paid you to bring members ? .

are you doing it because your pastor say so?

Are you doing it because you feel like their dragging you, or pushing you.

are you doing it on your comfort mind?
or bitter mind full of complaints?

are you doing eye service, because you want to please your pastor all because you are a leader, worker or department head.

Are you comfortable doing what you doing in the Church?

Are you doing it for Christ Jesus?

are you doing it because of the love you have soul to be saved?

think about this!!

don't allow anybody to push more to do what you are not supposed to do, when you and your inner mind keep telling you that,

you are empty versus,
you are doing eye service,
you are not comfortable doing that,
you are complaining,
you are pleasing your pastor,
how can you be winning souls all because of money ( trade by banter )
you just be deceitful,
you are pretending to be what you are not,
stop rushing you need to stay slow to build yourself on right foundation gradually.

This are Questions your mind keep throwing in your thoughts.

trust me you can lie to everyone but you can't never lie to yourself.
