Because of rain I couldn't go to general hospital on time, so I left home and got to general hospital as at 11:26..

When I got there I asked one of the nurses in the children department where am I to collect number..

And she told me, they are not giving numbers again that I should come tomorrow as early as 7am or 7:30am to get number for my child to get attended to ..

Now my question is, what if it was an emergency that's how this people will ask me to come back tomorrow, oh woow ..

The Nigerian government is failing and still the health sector is also failing..
