BREAKING: Former SGF Resigns From ADC

Former Secretary to Government of Federation Babachir Lawal has announced his resignation from the ADC following Atiku Abubakar's emergence as the party's presidential candidate.

The former SGF said the incumbent President, Tinubu would be a better presidential option than the former vice president.

Lawal said the ADC presidential primary results were written to favour Atiku and insisted he won't be part of the former vice president's rigging machine in the 2027 presidential election.

"I will, in the meantime, retire to my village farm from where I will be watching Kachalla Atiku Abubakar and his band of wicked vote riggers and result manipulators mercilessly out-rigged and beaten to pulp by Tinubu’s ruthless and superior rigging machine.

"Then, it will be bye-bye to this octogenarian presidential wannabe. It will be bye-bye to the North for preferring a religious hegemonists over a competent world-renowned economist and corporate guru....."

He added that Atiku is incompetent and a tribal, religious bigot who shouldn't come close to the presidential office.

Emeka Ike, Nollywood actor and NDC candidate for AMAC/Bwari House of Reps, stormed the INEC office in Area 10, Abuja during NDC primaries.

The veteran actor saw a vehicle with NDC officials parked at INEC and accused INEC of colluding with the party during primaries. He shouted: “INEC, we have never trusted you… What were NDC officials doing at your premises? I have evidence of those people, sue me to court. You’re a fool!”

This also followed Wike’s aide Lere Olayinka post of screenshots from INEC’s admin portal showing Emeka Ike’s voter details mocking that “Someone who has never voted in the FCT o. What happened to his Imo State?”

Cybersecurity analysts slammed the aide for accessing INEC’s internal portal, which is meant only for it's ICT staff.

Critics argue that if Wike’s camp can easily pull data from INEC’s backend, it suggests insider access or collusion between INEC staff and Wike’s political network.

INEC is yet to make an official statement as of now. But the timing is making Wike's aide “link” look suspicious to majority of Nigerians.

So the “Lere + INEC collusion” claim is based on:
Wike aide → accessing restricted INEC data → releasing it to attack Ike → 24 hours after Ike accused INEC of bias.

Want me to track if INEC opens an investigation into the data leak?
