What Inspires You?

Over the years, I have facilitated great sessions for business owners, entrepreneurs and professionals in areas of personal and business development.

The above question is necessary as the year runs to an end so you can evaluate what is working and what needs changing.

Who Has My Money 💰?

This is probably a good way to start your day, because it positions you to elevate rather than alleviate your pains with a strategy or solution.

Do you know that the strangers you're avoiding are the ones with the money 💰 you need?

You don't need people who don't need you to be relevant in business and life.

The people who know you sometimes are the most difficult people to convince if they don't believe in what you are offering.

Sometimes strangers would rather have someone they don't know get the opportunity than the person they know very well.

Pay attention to the following highlights:

✓ Learn how to serve strangers, they have access to what you need.

✓ The person who doesn't know you doesn't care if you win or lose.

✓ They will pass the opportunity to you instead of the person they know well most of the time.

✓ You don't really succeed by increasing the number of people close to you; you succeed by increasing the number of strangers who know your name and what you can do best - yes, not really by making a bunch of people get close to you.

✓ Everyday practice how to speak with strangers.

✓ Learn how to connect with them.

The only time some people resist their doctor’s advice is when they have conflicting advice from another doctor.

Here are four main reasons why people buy what you are offering:

Duty – they feel they ‘must’

A research study was conducted at Columbia University to determine sales motivators and analyze customers’ purchasing motives, using two groups of store visitors.

For the first group, they were to choose one out of 24 types of jam, while the second group had 6 types of jam to choose from.

In the first case, the purchase conversion rate was 3%, while in the second case, it was 4%.

Here is the message:
