Proverbs 12:25, NLT

Proverbs 12:25, NLT
“Worry weighs a person down; an encouraging word cheers a person up.”

In a world filled with people with struggles, pains, dissappointments and sorrows..e.t.c. We really don’t need to be taught how to treat people right. If you are compassionate enough, you will know that people are struggling with a lot stuffs. It is also common to see the height of frustration been displayed in our streets. People are becoming more angry and impatient because of hunger, distrust. A lot of depression in the space. Little wonder su***de cases is steadtly on a rise.

When you encounter any of such people described above, how do you respond? Sad thing is most of these emotions may be hidden up in cloths or a smile and you may not know. So what are you excepted to do in this instances? Do you go back yelling back and raining abusive words? Or you treat them with kindness and love?

There are also times we encounter people perhaps old time schoolmates who are not at par, do you rob it on them? Always try to be sensitive. Our words can give a person hope to keep pressing on or discourage them to give up on life. Be an inspiration, be a blessing not just in motivation. You can also sow a seed.

As God’s kids, we carry the messages of hope, healing and victory. Speak life always for you wouldn’t know who needs it. Let your words be spiced with kindness. Be patient with people Don’t be the reason why someone else commits su***de instead let your words edify and bring healing, hope and restoration.

Rhemadaily by Yhuki Peters

She had heard the reports concerning Jesus, and she came up behind Him in the throng and touched His garment, for she kept saying, If I only touch His garments, I shall be restored to health. (Mark 5:27–28, AMPC)

We all know the story about the woman with the issue of blood, such a great woman of faith. She had had that condition for 12 years. She probably was already drained in her body and her pocket from paying several medical consultants. Her domestic economy had been wrecked so badly. But amidst all these travails, she didn’t give up. Some other persons would of throw in the tower at this point, she could have gotten use to the illness and program her to live with it all life long. I mean 12 long years! That’s a long time to be sick. But No...She said!

One day, She learnt Jesus was coming to town, The Bible says she said to herself “If only I can touch the garment of Jesus, I will be healed!” And that was it! Eventually she planned to be at the place where Jesus was, She pressed through the crowd and she touched the edge of Jesus’s garment. And immediately she was healed and the flow stopped. Hallelujah!

We can learn a few things from this. The woman was filled with expectations that She will be healed when she eventually touched helm of Jesus’s garment. Secondly she kept on saying to herself her conviction. Your confession is so important, believing alone doesn’t do the job.

“For With thy mouth, confession is made unto salvation..” Romans 10:10

She said it and took the step to execute it. Hallelujah and she got her miracle.

What are you expecting from God today? Is it a new house, a new business, a new child e.t.c you have to first believe, and next thing keep saying it to your self; My Favour is here, Jesus makes me well, am fruitful and productive. Oh hallelujah! You see your declarations are like scripts, when the Holy Spirit runs it and find no bugs of doubt and unbelief, a miracle is birth. This is your season, take the step and receive your testimony in the name of Jesus. Amen.
