Because what you’re about to witness might become one of the greatest business case studies ever documented in Africa.

For years, I’ve taught financial literacy, entrepreneurship, marketing and business growth.

I’ve mentored founders, trained entrepreneurs, and helped people understand how money truly works.

But today…
I’m not here to teach with theory.
I’m here to teach with proof.

Today, I, Iking Ferry, am starting a new business with ₦0 capital, yes, ZERO NAIRA.

My goal is simple yet audacious:

To build this business to a ₦1 billion valuation within the next 10 years.

And I’m doing it from scratch, publicly, transparently, and practically.

Here’s The Plan
Next week Monday, I’ll walk into a bank and open a savings account, that will mark Day One.

From there:
1: I’ll start it as a one-man business.
2: Then scale it into a Private Limited Liability Company.
3: Then grow it into a Public Limited Company.
4: Then, in the next 15 years, evolve it into a Public Limited Company listed on the Nigerian Exchange (NGX).

Now Here’s the Twist

Every step, from income to expenses, profits to losses, assets to liabilities, will be public.

Yes.

Just like publicly listed companies publish annual reports, I will be publishing every financial record and report of this company right here.

Because this isn’t just about business.
It’s about accountability, transparency, and financial education.

Why Am I Doing This?

Not because I don’t have money.
Not because I want to prove a point.
But because I want to build a living classroom, a business that teaches while it grows.

And here are my three goals

1: To raise 1 million financially intelligent Nigerians who understand how money truly works, not emotionally, but intelligently.

2: To teach delay gratification.
Too many young people want to “blow” overnight.
But true wealth is built with patience, discipline, and structure.

3: To expose why most businesses fail.
Because the hidden truth is, 99% of the problem is not “no customer.”
It’s poor money management by the founders.
Many CEOs kill their own businesses by living flashy before the foundation is firm.

This Is More Than Business. It’s Legacy.

The company I’m building will not be designed for short-term noise.
It’s designed to outlive me.

It will become a blueprint for how a business can rise from zero capital to ₦1 billion valuation, through wisdom, discipline, and financial literacy.
