Children must be taught how to think, not what to think.

This one enh, when your child pour water on the floor don't say "go and clean it jor!" Say, "so what should you do now?"

When they get back from school, don't say "go and pull off your uniform", then do your homework then..." say "what are you up to now?" "what's next after that..."

Christmas light drive

It's the most wonderful time of the year. Merry Christmas y'all

Most of the time we assume that as time goes on children will develop these skill, this is not really true. Assumption is the lowest form of knowledge.

Introvert or lack of knowledge?

I used to be very quite, enjoy my space, don't get bored when I'm alone, just mostly keeping to myself and making people believe am an introvert. Very recently after being given to learnings and knowledge, I realise I had to re-introduce myself to me.

Lack of knowledge imprison you, keep you on the spot, confused, no directions, takes away confidence, keeps you empty, takes away your voice, the list is endless.

Start learning and continue to acquire knowledge, it's a golden place to be, it liberates, makes you very happy and attractive person.

Maturity does not happen with age, it is a function of constantly practicing abilities of higher functioning skill, the one that tops the list would be emotional intelligence.

When you become emotionally intelligent, everything about your life takes a 360 degree turn.

Forget your age, are you matured?
