The sun is a native of Africa.
It dwells here and rules over this land, but only visits other lands.
Lately, King Sun has been showing off its might with regal intensity, and the heat has been unbearable for many.
Someone joked the other day that an angel must have mistakenly left open a window in hell. Such has been the intensity of the heat around here.

A few days ago, my friends and I stopped over to eat banga soup at our favorite spot. As their custom is, the cooks shovelled some embers of burning charcoal to reinforce the fire while cooking the soup.
As the fire passed by our table, the heat was menacing. It belittled the heat from the sun, making it feel like a joke.
My friends and I reacted in unison: " hell no go funny o", we chorused.
However, as I thought of this later, I realized that there is a stronger semblance of hell than the heat of a blazing fire.
It lies right there in the comments section of social media posts! This is the arena where minds are undressed; ugly minds, wicked minds, brutal minds, simple minds... Here, you come face to face with what the Bible describes as "deceitful and desperately wicked"
Ignorance is celebrated here; respect means nothing.
This is where you realize that humans are tsunamis, volcanoes, earthquakes, landslides, whirlwinds and wild fires walking on two legs!

Hell hath no fury than the comments section of X.
