If you have a WATER HEATER that's not producing Hot water, you might want to check the thermostat.
The thermostat is responsible for making the water hot and is replaceable at a very cheap price.

Before any construction is commenced, a SOIL TEST must be carried out to at least determine the LOAD BEARING CAPACITY of the soil.
This will prevent tilting, sinking or Total collapse of the building.

-Confirm the capacity of the machine.
-Compare machine capacity to the capacitor ( this is necessary if machine is connected to a treatment panel).
-Change capacitor if necessary.
-Bypass relay to check if machine will work. If working, Replace capacitor box.
-If machine keeps Tripping off, check the connection from the borehole.

Simple Tips to Save your properties from damages.
Before construction of any building, carry out a survey on the drainage system of the area. Make sure your building is higher using the drainage as the reference point.
For Tenants, compare the height of the building to the drainage ( this requires no special instrument ). Make sure the building is few feets higher than the drainage.
This will at least help save your belongings during the time of flood if at all it occurs.

The use of DPM (DAMP PROOF MEMBRANE ) before laying interlock stone prevents w**d growth which alters the aesthetics of the finished work.
