Today, I visited Dwellings International, a company involved in architectural design, building construction, and furniture manufacturing.
In 2024, I was privileged to Work with Dwellings as a Quantity Surveying graduate and work closely with the Managing Director, Arch. Michael Adeyemo. That experience taught me a lot and contributed to my growth.
Today, I returned to Dwellings, but this time to introduce MeasurerAi and demonstrate how it can make quantity takeoff, BOQ preparation, and material schedules faster and easier.
It was a great feeling returning to a place where my journey started — now with a solution I built for the construction industry.

On site, in the office, or at home - MeasurerAi is always ready when you are.
Today, we onboarded QS Seun Odeyemi, a trained Nigerian Quantity Surveyor and owner of Sticky Built Construction Company, and showed him how to use MeasurerAI.
Before now, QS Seun used an Excel-based takeoff template, which was stressful and time-consuming. Now, with MeasurerAI, he can take off quantities, prepare BOQs and material schedules faster, and download them in Excel or PDF.
With MeasurerAI, he can estimate faster, save time and energy, and submit bids to his clients faster. 🚀
You can use MeasurerAI on your phone, tablet, or laptop.
Want to get started? Message us on WhatsApp: 07065469569. We’ll onboard you and show you how to use it properly, just like QS Seun.
