How many more elections must disappoint Nigerians before they realize the problem is not the candidates, but the system itself?

Every election cycle in Nigeria follows the same script: promises of change, allegations of manipulation, renewed hope, and years of disappointment. Yet many still believe the next election will somehow produce a different outcome.
If repeating the same process over and over yields the same result, perhaps the problem is deeper than the individuals involved. At what point do we stop treating the symptoms and begin questioning the system itself?
How many more generations must inherit the consequences before we admit that doing the same thing repeatedly while expecting a different result is a form of collective madness?

Actress has sparked intense reactions on social media after strongly criticizing supporters of President amid growing public concern over insecurity and the reported kidnapping of schoolchildren.
As outrage continues to mount across the country, several celebrities have voiced their frustrations over the state of security in Nigeria. Joining the conversation, Yvonne Jegede took to her Instagram Stories with a controversial message directed at the President's supporters.
She wrote:
"Every SUPPORTER of TINUBU is a Kidnapper, K!ller, Behe@der & Corrupt individual. Deal with your Conscience...
Yvonne Jegede says so."
Her statement has since generated heated debate online, with some Nigerians applauding her frustration over the nation's security challenges, while others have criticized her for making a sweeping accusation against all supporters of the President.
What do you think? Has public frustration over insecurity reached a boiling point, or did the actress go too far with her remarks?

WHEN INSECURITY BECOMES A POLITICAL TALKING POINT, THE PEOPLE PAY THE PRICE
One of the greatest tragedies in Nigeria today is not just insecurity itself, but the way politicians rush to politicize every act of terror, kidnapping, abduction, and violence.
When innocent children are kidnapped, when teachers are taken hostage, when families are thrown into grief and uncertainty, the first responsibility of leaders should be to demand justice, security, and accountability. Instead, many immediately begin searching for political angles, opposition plots, or partisan narratives.
Terrorists do not care about political parties.
Kidnappers do not ask victims who they voted for.
Bullets do not distinguish between APC, PDP, Labour Party, or any other political affiliation.
The primary duty of government is the protection of lives and property. Every time criminals successfully attack schools, communities, travelers, farmers, or entire villages, it raises serious questions about the effectiveness of the nation's security architecture.
Nigerians deserve honesty from their leaders.
If there are intelligence failures, say so.
If there are security lapses, admit them.
If government agencies need improvement, acknowledge it.
If criminals are gaining ground, confront the reality.
What Nigerians do not need is the endless habit of explaining away every security failure as a political conspiracy while real people continue to suffer.
A nation cannot solve problems it refuses to honestly identify.
The truth remains simple: insecurity is not opposition propaganda; it is the daily reality of millions of Nigerians.
The day our politicians begin speaking more for the victims than for their political interests is the day we will begin to see real progress.
The lives of Nigerians must matter more than political narratives.
Their Nigeria, Your Grave😭
Take it for what it is without trying to paint or twist the truth.
