Breast self examination involves checking the breast for lump, discharges and any other changes. The picture above shows steps on how to perform a breast self examination.

The changes to look out for;
🌟Lump

🌟Nipple discharge other than breast milk, especially a bloody discharge.

🌟Change in size or shape.

🌟Skin irritation, such as redness, thickening, or dimpling of the skin.

🌟Swollen lymph nodes in the armpit

🌟Nipple problems, such as pain or redness, sunken or inverted ni**le.

If experiencing one or two changes listed above see a doctor ASAP.
