What should husbands not do during pregnancy?

Don't give us any advice ever. Not on clothes, not on what we should read, not on what we should or should not eat, not on anything. There are enough people in the world telling us what to do already, and right now, we specifically need you for your massage skills.

Good antenatal care includes regular screening, which can detect and prevent early complications such as:
1. Hypertension and,
2. Pregnant Diabetes
Both of which can affect the fetus. Early detection means regular monitoring and treatment.
So, when should a pregnant mom start antenatal care?
Around 6-8 weeks into your pregnancy, it is best to make the appointment. Either with a midwife, your GP, or at a clinic or hospital—you can choose.

Multivitamins are medications used to treat or prevent vitamin deficiency. It is important to be aware of its side effects as a pregnant mom who takes them for building blocks of the body.
You might likely have side effects such as constipation, diarrhea, or an upset stomach.

These effects are usually temporary and may disappear as your body adjusts to this multivitamin medication. And if any of these effects last or get worse, tell your doctor or pharmacist promptly.
Warnings: if your brand of multivitamins contains iron, it is important to keep this product out of the reach of children.
