It is an excellent way for you to evaluate your customer service personnel to identify training needs, evaluate training programs and boost staff morale. It enables you to monitor things like condition of a premises and transaction efficiency, and can also be used in the prevention of fraud and, crucially, to keep an eye on the competition.
