Laughter is therapeutic; it lights up a personโs mood and brings warmth to the heart. Imagine smiling at someone who is frowning โ their mood brightens almost instantly. A simple smile can make someone feel loved and valued.
When you smile at others, youโre sharing love through your laughter. So, keep smiling โ donโt stop, because you never know whose life you might be touching.
Smiling also makes it easier to build relationships with people from all walks of life. It draws people to you, makes communication smoother, and helps others feel more comfortable opening up about their problems and burdens.

Experience has me realize that compliments is one of the ways that make a person self confidence to improve. Imagine complimenting someone who had doubt in his mind if he had dressed well. He would smile and feel confident in himself.
A mild smile, saying "Thank you", compliments like; You are beautiful, You look like a queen and talking to someone in a polite and kind way can actually bring the person out of his shell.

I totally understand that it can be tricky to establish boundaries, especially if you have deep respect for the person involved. But donโt worry! Iโd love to share five warm and practical strategies to help you set healthy boundaries in a considerate and thoughtful way:
1. Use "I" Statements to Share How You Feel : If someoneโs actions are a bit distracting, like a friend making comments while you're trying to focus on your reading, try expressing how it affects you with "I" statements. You might say something like, "I feel a bit distracted when negative comments come up while Iโm studying." Itโs a gentle way to open the conversation.
2. Learn the Art of Saying "No" : Itโs perfectly okay to say no to things that donโt align with your values! Practice being assertive in a kind way, and donโt hesitate to step back from situations that drain your energy.
