Inter-Bau Foundation in partnership with Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH, German Government, and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) is calling on all women in the construction industry across Nigeria- Construction Entrepreneurs, Construction Professionals, Construction Artisans, HR Personnels and other Stakeholders.

We are conducting a National Research Survey to understand:

How many women are building careers as entrepreneurs, professionals, and artisans.

The challenges women face and the opportunities that exist within the construction industry.

Are you a young woman or youth between 16 and 35, out of school, unemployed or looking for a fresh start? This is your chance to gain real, hands-on skills that open doors.

Our Construction Skills Training Program is empowering Women and Youths with practical knowledge in Painting & Paint Production, Interior Decoration, and Essential skills needed to help them thrive in the world.

It is a 6-month, in-person journey, for women and youths ready to start a career in the construction industry. All that is needed is a Junior School Certificate (JSCE/ BECE) and the drive to succeed.
