Another week to rise and be successful, a new week to help fight against child sexual abuse.

The Common knowledge is that only strangers can be predators. Predators can be relatives, friends, teachers, colleagues, and a stranger.

Effects of CSA:

CSA comes with its effects, and it varies based on its circumstances, some of the effects are lack of self-esteem, post-traumatic stress, sexual difficulties, depression, and nightmares.

It can be challenging sometimes for parents to give their children the utmost attention due to their tasking schedule, but you owe to them and yourself to be there for them.

Here are some ideas on how to create a relaxed and fun atmosphere with your children.

- Tell/show them how much you love them.
- Don’t be too strict. [you can also be a friend]
- Go out as a family to cinemas, fun spots, parks, ….
- Help them when they need you.
- Play with them.

The Pant Rules:

P - Privates are privates
A - always remember your body belongs to you
N - NO means NO
T - talk about secrets that upsets you
S - speak up, someone can help
