Let's talk Pap Smear Test
A pap smear test is a simple procedure to check the condition the cells of the cervix (the lower narrower part of the uterus which opens into the va**na).
This test detects any infection of abnormal precancerous cells and helps in the diagnosis
Cancer of the cervix ie cervical cancer is the most common cause of cancer-related death among women worldwide, the best way to detect cervical cancer is by having regular papanicolaou tests.

Let's talk CHOKING
Breathing is an essential part of life, when we inhale, we breathe in a mix of nitrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide, and other gases.
Choking is the inability to breathe, when an object or food blocks the throat or windpipe.
Signs and Symptoms
• Coughing or gagging
• Hand signals (sometimes pointing to the throat)
• Sudden inability to talk
• Clutching the throat by grabbing the throat with one or both hands.
• Wheezing ( a high-pitched whistling sound made while breathing).
• Passing out
• Turning blue: Cyanosis, a blue coloring on the skin, face, lips, and fingernail.
• Watery eyes/Red face.
• Panicked or distressed behaviour.

Asthma also called "bronchial asthma."
is a long-term disease of the lungs, it causes your airways to get inflammed and narrow, which makes it hard to breathe, asthma can be minor or interfere with daily activities, it also can lead to a life-threatening attack.
A person with asthma may experience:
• Increased mucus production
• Coughing, especially at night or in the morning
• Severe wheezing, a whistling sound when breathing both in and out.
• Shortness of breath
• Tightness, pain, or pressure in your chest
• Trouble sleeping because of breathing problems
• Very rapid breathing
• Tightened neck and chest muscles, called retractions
• Difficulty talking
• Feelings of anxiety or panic
• Pale, sweaty face
• Blue lips or fingernails
