According to reports from a neighbor and the tenant’s sister, the landlady had issued the tenant a quit notice about two months ago. While the tenant was in the process of moving out, the landlady reportedly blocked her from leaving the compound without providing any clear reason, despite claims that the tenant was not owing any rent.
The situation escalated as the elderly landlady was said to have repeatedly punched the tenant, taking advantage of the fact that the younger woman did not retaliate.
I don't know what her reason was but frankly speaking this is heartbreaking 💔..
