You read that right!

“Content” is what we deal with on the internet.

“Contents”… idk… who cares?

Just call it “content”, like the pros do.

I got lazy designing a proper Merry Christmas post for you…

But as a wise man once said, it’s the thought that matters.

Stay safe this season.

Merry Christmas! 🎄

A copy is basically anything you write with the aim of persuading your audience to do something… buy your product/service, fill a form, etc.

It could as short as a one-liner on your landing page, to something a bit longer (maybe a caption), to long-form content in the form of articles and emails.

Copies often rely on the power of humor, surprise & emotion to persuade people into taking a particular step.

Is your brand message consistent across all your marketing channels?

1. Over 80% of customers use three or more channels in just one interaction with a brand they’re not familiar with.
2. Purchase intent improves by about 90% when consumers view consistent messaging across multiple channels.
3. Brand perception improves by a bit 68% when the message is consistent across multiple channels.

These three stats show that your business has a lot to gain when your brand voice and tone is consistent across multiple channels.

Your business should be saying the same thing when seen or heard on different online platforms.
Not just that - it should be saying the same thing, the same way, on all those platforms.

This helps drive your message home more effectively; whether your (potential) customer is getting to know you via Instagram, email, SMS, Facebook, website or even chat!

Have you heard of the word “fatigue” being used for social media?

Basically, fatigue is what happens when your audience gets tired of the content you post.

It could be due to repetitive messages in your posts (maybe all you do is post “come and buy what I’m selling”), or the quality of your content drops because you’re trying to always put out new content everyday.

Three easy fixes are:
1. Space your posting periods. This helps reduce the pressure to churn out a lot of content over a short period, and prevents burnout.
2. Ensure consistency in the frequency and quality of your posts.
3. Don’t bore your audience. Give them something interesting to read or watch.

Did somebody say “Christmas is coming”?
*awkward laugh*

Happy New Month!

This special season comes with a lot of cheer and spending.
You should take advantage of it, and do another promo 👀

Why?

1. Reduced prices tend to bring about more sales… it’s science!

2. More sales will bring about more money for you to flex and have a Detty December… or you could just use that extra money to prepare for the new year, as the responsible person that you are 🌚

3. You want people to remember your brand name next year.. what better way to do that than doing something nice for them this period?

Pro Tip: Start creating awareness for your promo, now. Run that ad, boost that post.

Facebook Ads vs Boost Post?

When you’re marketing your brand on Facebook, you might not know which options are right for your brand’s goals.
If you’re unfamiliar with the fine details of social media marketing, it can be tough to nail down key decisions, like choosing between Facebook ads and boosted posts.

Let me give you a summary of what both options have to offer:

Choosing between Facebook ads and boosted posts largely depends on your social media marketing goals.

Each format tends to encourage different outcomes.
Facebook ads tend to have a bigger immediate impact and translate directly to campaign goals; like lead captures, app installations, and sales.
On certain campaigns, the added functionality of Facebook ads might make them a better fit for your campaign.

Meanwhile, boosted posts tend to improve your brand’s social media engagement metrics (follows, reach, video views, etc) and overall social presence.

For specific campaigns, the decision between an ad and a boosted post will come down to long-term vs. short term outcomes.
On a wider level, a mix of Facebook ads and boosted posts are usually the best way to break up your Facebook social media marketing budget. Boosted posts will allow you to build your brand’s reach and fan base, while ads can help you translate your brand’s presence into tangible outcomes.

This 2-pronged approach will allow you to build likes and fans, then turn your new followers into actual customers.

A conversion takes place when a user does what you want then to do, in response to whatever marketing plan you implemented.

It could be them filling out a form, sending you a DM, making a purchase, signing up for your newsletter or even just visiting your website.

Conversion rates are a good way to measure how well your social media strategy is performing.

Do you measure your conversions?

Yunno that feeling of that comes with receiving your salary?

That “I want it, I buy it” feeling?

Yeah, your target audience feels the same way too during this time of the month.

Pro Tip: schedule your promos, sales and ads to go live towards the end of the month (3rd & 4th weeks), and watch your sales do better.
Take advantage of that period where your audience have money to spare or splurge.
