A mountain is a problem you know is a problem but you are helpless before it.

How to deal with mountains.
1. Speak to the mountain
2. Melt the mountain (through intentional praise) Ps 97:5, Joshua 6, Acts 16:25-26. Obedient faith. Heb 11:30, every act of obedient is faith and every act of faith brings down God's presence. God's presence melt all mountains.

Seven mountains that need to be dealt with.
1. Unbelieve
2. Unforgiveness
3. Hurt, Pain and Bitterness
4. Sickness, Diseases, Afflictions and Infirmity
5. Stubborn Challenges e.g Delay(spiritual/physical)
6. Fear
7. Recurring Disappointments.
