Today, the Mufarka Youth Development Initiative celebrates our exceptional Senior Program Manager, Saifullahi Yusuf Indabawa, whose dedication, leadership, and passion for youth development continue to inspire our entire team. Saifullahi’s commitment to excellence, innovation, and community impact has strengthened our programs and touched countless lives. Today, Mufarka Youth Development Initiative, in collaboration with the Kano State Ministry of Women Affairs, conducted a one-day training on the Harmonized Child Protection Management Information System. The event, held at Zaitun Foundation, Kwalli, brought together community stakeholders as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen child protection structures in Kano. This initiative, supported by UNICEF Nigeria, reflects our commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of every child by equipping communities with the tools and knowledge needed for effective child protection.

Together, we empowered over 1,000 youth and vulnerable groups through our projects, fostered dialogue for sustainable development, and championed the rights and wellbeing of street-connected children. These milestones were achieved through your unwavering support and collaboration.

As we step into the new year, our resolve to build stronger communities remains steadfast. We will deepen our commitment to creating opportunities for youth, advocating for inclusive development, and driving transformative change through innovation and partnerships.

All set for the distribution of business support materials to the amazing adolescent youth trained on barbing, tailoring, and leather work by the Mufarka Youth Development Initiatives, with the generous support of Sahel Consulting.These young individuals from Fagge and Gwale LGAs have worked hard to acquire valuable skills, and now they’re ready to kickstart their entrepreneurial journey with these tools and resources donated to them.

We deeply appreciate the collaboration with Young Developer Foundation for their unwavering commitment to the betterment of women and children in Tsamawa Community of Kumbotso LGA. Together, we are taking significant steps toward understanding and addressing the unique challenges faced by vulnerable children. Through such partnerships, we are confident in building a brighter future for Tsamawa’s children.
