Dear Abduljabbar Surajo Guga
I feel guilty if i refuse to acknowledge your efforts in building more productive, and more prosperous youth across the state. Indeed, you are not a boss but a mentor among them. You have shouldered numerous responsibilities of our teeming youth.
On behalf of good people of the state, I say thank you, and urge you to remain steadfast and relentless in this course.
We can't say thank you enough.
