The website will provide current information to women who are either afflicted or who are in the danger zone of becoming overweight and obese, to enable them take informed decisions and take appropriate action to avoid falling prey to this "21st Century Challenge" and to enable them live a healthy, happier, long and enjoyable life. By accomplishing this, I will thus derive joy and satisfaction; because I have not only helped others achieve their dreams of living a healthy lifestyle but also, will achieve my dream of helping to eradicate obesity.
