Our TIM Outreach at Rochas Foundation College Jos was truly one for the books! With 73 students and 13 amazing volunteers, the energy was unmatched and the impact even greater.

Mr. Francis Abidoye led the Impact Sound Knowledge session, equipping the students with practical wisdom on navigating life after school and sharing inspiring strategies for success. His session definitely left a mark, one the kids won’t forget anytime soon.

Our sports segment featured Badminton, Volleyball, Basketball, and Football. With the exception of football, we set up temporary courts to give the students their first-ever experience in these sports.
For a school this populous, introducing these sports is more than fun, it’s opportunity. Talent lives here, and all it needs is a chance to shine. TIM provides that 'chance'.

A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Francis for his time and expertise, and to our volunteers for always showing up with passion and purpose. You make the vision possible.

Our TIM Program is Back, bigger and better!

This time, we’re excited to bring the experience to Rochas Foundation College, Jos.

TIM, an initialism for Teach Sports, Impact Sound Knowledge, and Make Disciples, is a Suns Initiative program designed to use sports as a tool to drive positive change in teens and youths.

Our facilitator for this session will be Francis Abidoye from Grand Tutors, who will lead the Impact Sound Knowledge session. Bringing his wealth of experience and expertise to inspire the kids.

It promises to be an engaging and transformative session, one that will surely leave the kids better than we met them.

Participants of the EVOLVE 1.0 Seminar were awarded certificates recognizing their newly gained knowledge in mental health and career employability.

Endorsed by three reputable organizations across mental health, career development, and sports, these certificates are valuable additions to the participants' portfolios and would come handy now or in the near future.

EVOLVE SEMINAR DAY 3 – GRAND FINALE

What an incredible journey it’s been! The EVOLVE Seminar came to an end after three powerful, mind shifting days packed with insight, inspiration, and impact.

Each session was a masterclass, buzzing with energy as participants soaked in every word, scribbled notes and embraced new perspectives that will shape their next chapters.

Shout out to the most punctual participant Tricia Pam, for always showing up earliest daily all through th course of the training.

We give thanks first to God for strength and sufficient grace to make this vision a reality.

We’re also deeply grateful for the visionary leadership of our founder, Mr. Okobi Kingsley whose obedience to purpose and passion for impact brought this dream to life.

DAY 2 RECAP - EVOLVE 1.0 SEMINAR

Day 2 kicked off in high energy as we journeyed into the world of Career Growth and Employability with the one and only Coach Bobby Joachim, CEO of Tevuna Limited.

From mastering soft skills and personal branding to redefining success and embracing athletic identity, Coach Bobby took us on a deep, thought-provoking ride that challenged mindsets and sparked a major paradigm shift.

We also had the electrifying Mc Ajayi a.k.a Mic on the Mic deliver a mind-blowing poetry session that left the room in awe. His smooth wordplay and sleek rhymes had everyone both inspired and alert.

Also in our midst was the Secretary Plateau Basketball Association Mr Abdul Kamaludeen, we were indeed honored by your presence.

Tomorrow wraps up this incredible 3-day experience, and trust it’s going to be unforgettable as both facilitators bring their sessions to a powerful close. See you there!

DAY 1 RECAP – EVOLVE SEMINAR

What a powerful start to the very first edition of the EVOLVE Seminar!🔥
Day 1 kicked off with an inspiring session led by none other than Mr. Gabriel Elekpa, a seasoned mental health expert with over a decade of experience and Co-founder of Memoirs of Recovery House Initiative.

He took us deep into the world of Cognitive Disorders, exploring how to recognize destructive thought patterns and intentionally replace them. The session was nothing short of mind-blowing, our participants were fully engaged from start to finish!

Big ups to our visionary Founder, Okobi Kingsley for birthing such a thoughtful and impactful initiative.
