Ladies and Gentlemen.
Overtime our political growth as a region in northern Nigeria is pedestal on the path found by the coalition of northern groups in recent times. The assembly is deem to oversees the political needs of a common geography and sorts it in time or at politicking period in fair interest with provensional party candidates. Yet overtime we came to understood how large our demands are to be left in with a few, it had come to show underrated some of our interest are if you don't feel or see it first hand. The candidate choice or ideological identified by this group tends towards other sub-regional than others which makes the interest in collective.
The lack of dependable leadership from Arewa consultative forum and the youth wing has left us looking for a space to fit.
There is no denying that we, at north central have our peculiarities that unifies our struggle, it is in our life style bedeviled by insecurity, political undermine and lack of economic freedom. This has not been the line of groups claiming to represents the northern region or not enough.
People, our destiny can only be shaped by us, if we start we'll be early enough to save our children the long standing political enslaving. It is in this light that I seek your participation in the forming of this organization; Parliament of North Central Citizens for Political Growth/Emancipation...

- we will engage to discuss among us the best situation forward for our region.
-we will identify political parties/candidates whose ready to factor our interest as a governing nugget
-we will seek to continually unifie our interest across party lines, the most important thing is our collective interest.
-economy of our people is Paramount and that includes security. We'll engage to ensure our roads are properly done and linked to major cities in order to allow for wears and agricultural produced reaches ideal markets.
-security. Security. Security. It is imperative to constantly put it forward as a panacea necessity for growth and development. Our decision should ensure freedom and economic emancipation for the region of north central

The essence of having a political party baseless organization is to accommodate our views without prejudice and channel our opinion on the table of patriotism so that it will be easy work with people of ideal character for the survival and progress of our people irrespective of faith.
