This will be useful to you.

I saw this from the grooming mantra.

Most men get good suits but ruin it with the shoes they wear on it.

CHEC THIS IMAGE OUT.

When I was interviewed on radio, Rhythm 93.7 FM Jos, more than two year ago, I told them that BIF was started by my father. At that time the radio programme was focused on children who took over their father's or mothers businesses.

Here are things that have helped me in this business journey:

1. I HAD TO BE PATIENT

Let's face the fact, sometimes, it isn't easy learning from and working with your father. If you're not a patient person it can be frustrating. I know many children who couldn't withstand the heat from their parents and left the learning period.

2. I HAD TO SACRIFICE

It's leaving other things to face this business. It's forgoing looking for a job to tell myself that I will continue this legacy. Yes, at a point I looked for jobs but eventually I had to settle down to do this business.

3. I STAYED FOCUSED

In most things, if you're not focused, you'll allow distractions to take you off course. I had to tell myself, "Be focused on this fashion business."

4. I HAD TO DO IT DIFFERENTLY

Yes, I learned many things from my Dad, but I also had to sit myself down and tell myself that "I have to do this thing a bit different from what it is."

5. I HAVE TO PUT STRUCTURE

For this, I'm still in the process. I have set some things up. I'm still setting up more things to put proper structure around the business.

6. I'M STILL GROWING

Growth is an ongoing going thing. I don't forget that. I keep learning.

Well there are more things I have learned in this process. Ultimately, God has been a great Source of encouragement, support and wisdom.

Thank you, to you all out there, that has also been my support system. Yes, you have been there for me.

MOST MEN CAN’T TELL A GOOD SUIT FROM A BAD ONE, HERE IS WHY

I grew up sewing suits. I was born into it.

Before I was born, my father was already sewing suits, measuring shoulders by sight, cutting fabrics with confidence, and fitting clients until the suit sat right without any word being spoken.

So when I talk about suits, this isn’t theory. It’s bloodline.

Even after getting B.Sc. in Business Management and later going back for my M.Sc. in Management, I never stopped sewing suits.

While studying, I was still sewing suits for my clients in different careers and businesses.

What changed was this:
• I upgraded the process.
• I refined the method.
• I remodeled how suits are made and finished.

That’s why BIF suits stand out.

For over 40 years, excellence hasn’t been an accident here.

I watched my father work patiently (God bless him). He checked the shoulder balance. He watched how the fabric fell on the chest. He adjusted sleeves until they rested naturally on the wrist. He never left anything to chance.

His suits came out neat, clean, structured, and properly fitted.

I inherited that paying attention to details.

That’s why I PAY ATTENTION TO DETAILS when sewing your suits.

Now, let me tell you why many people can’t tell a good suit from a bad one.

1. THEY ARE USED TO BAD SUITS

When someone has worn poorly cut suits for years, their eyes adjust to it. Bad becomes normal.

2. THEY JUDGE WITH FEELINGS, NOT FIT

If it feels “okay,” they assume it’s good, even when the shoulders collapse, the sleeves are off, or the trousers don’t sit right.

3. THEY DON’T KNOW WHAT TO CHECK

Good suits smells quality. In fact, they are quality. The stitch lines. The Fabric. The collar roll. The balance. The proportion. Everything.

If you don’t know what to look for, you’ll miss it.

4. THEY ARE USED TO MASS-PRODUCED, CHEAP SUITS

Fast fashion trained people to expect less, and accept less.

My customers know the difference.

They can tell you, any day, any time, what separates a GOOD SUIT from a BAD SUIT.

Why?

They are USED TO GETTING GOOD SUITS FROM ME.

I know you also love GOOD SUIT.

So, send a message today and let’s measure you for a suit you’ll recognise as quality the moment you put it on.

📍 Educational Visit from Karl Kumm University to Bisi International Fashion

I was excited to welcome students from Karl Kumm University, Vom, Plateau State, to Bisi International Fashion (BIF) on Thursday, 22nd May, 2025.

Earlier, I received an official letter signed by the university’s Registrar, Mr. Benjamin D. Dachomo, requesting the visit as part of their Industrial Learning and Tours course.

They are students from the Department of Management Studies. The purpose was to interface and interact with the chief executive officers of different organisations.

I'm honoured to be one of the business brand and CEO they decided to visit.

It was a wonderful experience sharing my journey, values, and business practices with such bright and curious minds. 💡✨

We had great conversations, shared laughs, and left them with some inspiration for the future. It was an interesting experience for me too.

Thank you for choosing BIF.

I wish all the students success in their academic and professional journeys. 🙌🎓
