Wanna Share Something With You
😊
You see.....just because you feel broken💔 doesn't mean you should be discarded. Some of us where once told to believe that when something breaks it has lost its value, It is no good, It's trash and you might never have it back in shape again....It can no longer be used.
So we tend to adopt those believes deep down in our thoughts all by ourselves. If we're going through something then we are a burden. If we are hurting then we are no longer valuable and this is just NOT TRUE🙅🏿♂️ Especially not with people. We recycle because we care. So why shouldn't we restore ourselves too? Why shouldn't we build each other up instead? Why shouldn't we heal our brokenness with LOVE?
If you are feeling broken, I want you to know something. Get to understand that It's totally okay. It's totally okay to not be yourself right now. It's totally okay to not be where you want to be in life. It's okay to not be attached to someone. It's okay to open up and console in people you trust. You are NOT a burden. Your pain is NOT a MISTAKE. That pain is there to help you grow. It's there as a tool to restore you. OWN IT. Own your past, own your mistakes, own who you are because it's NOT who you will become.
Allow yourself to accept what has happened in your life but to know that it doesn't change your worth. That even if you are broken, you are VALUABLE. You are worthy. You are beautiful. Find beauty in your brokenness and create a safe space to heal. And finally, you are only human. You are bound to be a mess at times because life is messy. You are a work in progress so, please be PATIENT with yourself 😊. And remember, that others are trying to do the same so be kind & patient with them too.
You are LOVED. You are worthy. You are more than your mind and others lead you to believe.
Love, Pamstrings 😊

NOT EVERYONE Will SEE IT!
The Power of , , and in Music Ministry
One of the most frustrating things in ministry, or in any God-given assignment, is trying to walk with people who do not understand your vision. It can make the journey feel heavier than it should be, and if you are not careful, it may even make you doubt your calling. But the truth is, God called you, and the problem is not the calling, it is the company you keep. When you are surrounded by people who do not see what you see, who do not carry the same burden, or who do not understand the weight of the assignment, you will struggle in ways that could have been avoided.
Every minister should have a vision statement and a mission statement. Your vision is what God has shown you, the bigger picture, the destination. Your mission is how you will get there, the steps, the sacrifices, and the process. If you do not have clarity on these two, you will easily be swayed. And if those around you do not understand them, they will become a distraction instead of an asset. The wrong people will make you feel like your vision is too big, too unrealistic, or too unnecessary. But the right people will fuel it.
That is why whenever people want to join your team, you must make the vision clear. Do not assume they understand it just because they show interest. Tell them what you stand for, let them know your mission, and make sure they truly grasp the weight of what they are committing to. This is where you will see alignment, because those who are truly meant to be there will stay, while those who are not will walk away. Many times, people invite their close friends, family members, or familiar faces into their team just because of relationship, but relationship does not always mean alignment. Some people may love you but will still slow you down. Others may be excited at first, but the moment things get tough, they will leave because they were never truly aligned in the first place. It is not about who is close to you; it is about who is called to you.
Ministry, whether in music, preaching, teaching, or any other form, is not something to be taken lightly. It is not about convenience or personal gain, it is sacrifice. If those around you do not see ministry for what it truly is, they will treat it casually. They will serve when it feels good and disappear when it becomes inconvenient. But when you are surrounded by people who truly understand your vision, the work becomes lighter, the progress becomes faster, and the impact becomes greater. Your burden becomes their burden, your pain becomes their pain. They are not just working with you; they are carrying the vision with you. They don’t see it as “your” ministry; they see it as “our” ministry. They understand the vision, they understand the mission, and they are willing to sacrifice for it just as you are.
There is a reason Jesus did not just walk alone, He had disciples, but even among them, He was intentional. He knew that not everyone who followed Him was truly aligned with the mission. The same applies to you. The fact that someone is available does not mean they are assigned to you. Some people are just spectators, others are temporary helpers, and only a few are truly meant to build with you. If you bring in the wrong people, they will drain your energy, slow you down, and make the work harder than it should be.
Alignment is everything. When you walk with people who carry the same fire, the same burden, and the same dedication, there is ease. You don’t have to explain why you are committed, they just understand. You don’t have to beg them to take things seriously, they already do. These are the people who will stand with you when things are tough, who will push you when you feel like giving up, and who will fight for the vision as if it were their own. They are not just working with you, they are running with you.
One of my first and greatest struggles was doubting my calling. I questioned whether I was truly meant for this, not because I didn’t love what I was doing, but because I felt stuck. And one of the biggest reasons I felt that way was because I was surrounded by people who did not fully understand the assignment. Doubt comes when you cannot see results, but sometimes the problem is not the work, it is the people. When you work with those who do not share your passion, they will not give their best. When you surround yourself with people who do not take ministry seriously, you will always feel like you are carrying a weight alone.
This principle is not just for music ministry. It applies to every aspect of life, whether in business, relationships, leadership, or any divine assignment. The people around you can either push you forward or hold you back. They can either fuel your fire or quench it. That is why you must be intentional. Don’t just accept people because they are available, pray, discern, and align yourself with those who are truly meant to walk with you. The right people will make your vision flourish, while the wrong ones will make it feel like a burden. Choose wisely

Your burden should be their burden. Your vision should be their vision. If not, alignment is missing!
