The prospective candidate will, among other tasks, be required to:

- Advise and represent clients in Court, Arbitration sessions and negotiation proceedings

- Draft and review commercial legal documents.

- Manage Clients’ relations and retain detailed record of clients' instructions and briefs.

- Prepare court processes, ensure clients' best interests are protected, and keep clients updated via status reports.

- Provide well researched legal opinion ensuring legal risk are appropriately resolved.

Requisite Qualifications:

- LL. B Degree from a reputable institution

- B.L

- Minimum of 2 years Post Call experience.

- Relevant professional qualifications would be added advantage
