Hi and this is Nuchi Gusui the health food Truck and what we simply do is to bring healthy and delicious food to fairs, special events and your house parties.

We do this by paying special attention to our menu and cooking techniques ensuring that we corporate as much nutrition whilst avoiding as many calories as possible. We also help you make healthy choices by stating the caloric value of the meals on our menu thus maintaining a healthy lifestyle becomes easier for you. We also make available to a grocery of healthy packaged foods so that you can keep up the lifestyle well after you’ve left our truck.
