Good evening everyone so today from my kitchen we are serving this very mouthwatering NSALA SOUP

Ingredients

Fresh cat fish
Meat
Yam for thickening (other option corn flour)
Uziza seed
Uda seed
Yellow pepper
Opeyi
Crayfish
Seasoning cube
Chili pepper
Salt
Uziza leaf (optional)

Can be served with Eba, fufu, semo or any swallow of your choice

NB: no one should come knocking at my door

Bitter leaf soup

Also known as OFE ONUGBU is a popular Nigerian soup

This soup is peculiar to the Igbo tribe of Eastern Nigeria

Lots of non-igbos shy away from the soup because they think that through its name it is very bitter

Because of the nature the leaf has some health benefits which are:

* It helps to cleanse the liver
* It helps to cleanse the kidney
* Can be used in the treatment of ringworm, rashes and eczema

Bitter leaf (thoroughly washed)
Meat
Stock fish head
Dried fish
Palm oil
Ogiri
Crayfish
Pepper
Cocoa yam (white)
Salt taste
