The Tola Adebajo Foundation has organised a three-day end-of-the-year games programme for residents of Ijebu Igbo, in Ijebu North Local Government Area of Ogun State, to promote community bonding and festive cheer.

The event, which cut across Atikori, Japara Ojowọ, Òkè Àgbò and Òkè Sopìn, featured various fun activities, including ball-throwing games, colours identification among others,where participants won rice, noodles and cash gifts.

The foundation said the initiative was aimed at giving back to the people and strengthening unity at the grassroots level.

Residents, comprising children, youths and adults, turned out in large numbers all through the three days, describing the programme as entertaining and supportive, especially as the year draws to a close.

Meanwhile,Participants at the programme commended the organisers, describing the initiative as timely and impactful, and appreciated the foundation for bringing joy and relief to the communities during the festive season.

TOLA ADEBAJO FOUNDATION ADDS MORE FEATHERS TO THEIR CAP

Tola Adebajo Foundation (TAF) has been recognized for its outstanding contributions to education development in Ijebu Igbo, Ogun State. The foundation received two prestigious awards in December 2025, solidifying its commitment to improving lives in the community.

The first award, presented by Shamsu-Suudil Islamic School, acknowledged TAF's sterling contribution to education development in Atikori, this recognition was a testament to the foundation's various initiatives in Atikori, the hometown of its convener, Prince Omotola Abolaji Adebajo .

The second award, the Distinguished Merit Award, was presented by HRH Alayeluwa Oba Abdulrasheed Abayomi Banjo (PhD), the Olokine of Ojowo, during the 2025 Olokine Day celebrations. This award recognizes TAF's efforts in promoting youths education in Ijebu Igbo through its Free Summer Coaching programme.

Also, Tola Adebajo Foundation (TAF) recently organized a Community Engagement Programme from December 21st to 23rd, 2025, to celebrate Christmas with the people of Ijebu Igbo. The programme featured games, gatherings at various community spots, and the distribution of food items and cash prizes, benefiting communities such as Japara, Ojowo, Oke Agbo, Oke Sopen, and Atikori.

The foundation also hosted an end-of-year party for it's Members and teachers who participated in the 2025 Free Summer Coaching programme, held in August 2025. The event provided an opportunity for all to relax, dine, and interact with the foundation committee, exchange gifts, and look forward to the new year.

The teachers expressed their gratitude to the foundation for recognizing their efforts and sharing the joy of Christmas with them.
