Matcha coconut balls aren’t a bad idea for some weekend snacks. -->>
You only need six healthy ingredients you probably already have for this simple recipe. They are:-->>
- 1 tbsp Matcha.
- 1 cup Almond flour.
- ¼ cup preferred Milk.
- ¼ Honey or Maple syrup.
- 1½ cup Shredded coconut or desiccated coconut.
- Chia seeds (optional) To make Matcha-coconut balls.
Steps:-->>
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Mix thoroughly with a spoon or spatula and refrigerate for about 20 minutes
3. Shape into balls of your desired size using an ice-cream scoop or washed hands,
4. Coat with shredded coconut.
Your yummy snack is ready. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for as long as 2 months and munch away whenever you need to snack.
